Warranty
Any battery, battery charger or cellular accessory sold by Samsung-Accessory.com that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within SIX (6) months of the original purchase date will be replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or superior substitute, or a full cash refund at the discretion of Samsung-Accessory.com. If a replacement battery is issued, the warranty will still apply to the replacement dating from the original sale, not the date of replacement. Please report any defects to Samsung-Accessory.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization by submitting an RMA request form. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction due to accident, external electrical fault, misuse or abuse. Samsung-Accessory.com is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty. Samsung-Accessory.com is not responsible under any other legal theory, including, but not limited to lost profits.

All defective item(s) will be inspected upon receipt. If the item(s) is/are found not to be defected, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Return and Exchange
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our item(s), we will assist you with a refund or exchange. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be filled and submitted online. All returns are required to have an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers are subject to refusal. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Shipping charges will be applied to all exchanges other than defective items. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return item(s).

All orders shipping within the United States are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. or UPS Ground.
Shipping and handling charges: $4.95 for the first item
$0.50 for each additional item
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

All International orders are sent via First Class Air Mail
Shipping and handling charges: $7.00 per item

We also provide express delivery to any US 48 states. Please view the following for details:

UPS 2 Day Air	$16.00 for the 1st item	$1.00 for each additional item
UPS Overnight	$28.00 for the 1st item	$1.00 for each additional item

For express delivery, please indicate how you would like us to ship out your package and authorize us to charge the additional shipping in the comment field when placing the order.
